Nick Cage walks into a crowded movie theater, holding a pistol to a
kitten's head, and says, ' I'm going to pass a collection basket around, give me all your valuables or the kitten gets it.' He fires is a warning shot in the air. When he gets the collection basket back, Nick notices someone put a copy of BANGKOK DANGEROUS in there.  So he shoots the kitten, but worry not, it wasn't a real cat, it was a prop from one of my movie reviews.

This story was an allegory; I'm saying Nick Cage steals your money because you pay to see the movies he stars in that don't have any real value. Most appropriately, the movie's named STOLEN.

I don't remember any of the plot details. Let me jog my memory by looking at the theatrical poster. 12 HOURS - $10 MILLION DOLLARS -1 DAUGHTER...STOLEN.

Will Montgomery and his criminal partner, Vincent, execute a well planned heist. But an innocent bystander sees way too much. So Vincent tries to kill the witness. But Will, the honorable thief that he is, thought it to be immoral, and and unprofessional to say the least. He grabs the gun from Vincent, and shoots him in the leg. When the police catch up with the gang, Will threw the $10 million dollars in a fire pit. No one got any of the money and Will had to go to jail for seven years.

The partner that he shot had to get his leg amputated. Vincent is now a taxi driver, and a very good one at that. You could say he has a leg up on the competition. When Will Montgomery leaves prison. His former partner has become very bitter and angry. Vincent kidnaps Will's daughter and puts her in the trunk of his taxi.

Nick Cage is in quite a predicament. This guy is holding his daughter ransom. But he doesn't have that $10 million dollars. No longer wanting to be a criminal, he shrugs his shoulders and accepts the reality is that his daughter will die.

Oh, I'm only kidding. The best thief in the world has to do one last job to get back the daughter that hates him.

I'm completely in love with this awful movie, like ROADHOUSE. You need to watch this now. So put your pants back on and rent this at Redbox.

Final Verdict: 80 out 100
